Product Warranty Policy

All products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects from the date of the original purchase. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Our products are usually warranted for 1-3 years, with different times for different types of products.

Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered. For example, the look of materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo without a protective varnish or finish can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use.
